345 - 345 - 375F stopped.
Wasn't sure if I should even do this. My nagging little head cold has turned to a sinus infection I'm sure. GRRRRR!!!! I have been unable to do a heavy day several times lately and am ready to get past it. When I get over this, I'm gonna start doing some of the hybrid stuff to get caught up. On a good note, one of the clients working with me nailed 400. He was very happy and I was proud.

I'm not a giant of a man, I'm not even particularly muscular. But for some reason I can deadlift.
I'm terrible with snatch or clean and jerk. I'm no great shakes with front squat.
Deadlifts? I love those babies, I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack on the really heavy ones though.
My C&J and Snatch will go up this year for sure as I want to compete.
