WOD

Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

10 in 25 and stopped.

Did the dips using the ghd and supporting my weight with my legs. My right shoulder REALLY hurts when I do dips. This is most-likely overuse from volleyball. I need to get to the chiro soon for some active release. Of course, the situps were no fun either!

shoulder horn.... get that and it will help you out some. If not, get to a Dr.

Chiro's are great to align and pop things into place... Hopefully it will not come to that, they become quite addictive...

This guy does Active Release Techniques (google it.) The stuff really works. I do think Jay's right tho. I need to get the rotators in balance.
I took your advice and got some active release therapy on my shoulder and it's been great. The first time I went, something in my shoulder slid back to where it was supposed to be and the pain I was expereincing went down about 95%. I feel like a fool waiting so long.

Hey Brad, thanks for stopping by my blog:). I'm just running with regular ol' running shoes. It's about time to replace them, though. I've seen the weird looking toe shoes, but wasn't sure about them.
