Murph

Buttercups:
1/2 mile Run
25 Pull-ups (or beginner pull ups)
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
1/2 mile Run

Total time - 33:14

Used the stationary bike 1.2mi to sub for a .5mi run (still feeling a slight twinge in the Achilles.) Broke the pullups (some real, most band assisted, various grips) into 5 sets of 5. Pushups went 8-7-then 5x7. Squats went 10-15-15-10-10-10. I got a good workout from this one!

Watched the tornado warnings on TV. All missed us - thankfully. Georgia? If you read this - Wayne County had some 3 tornadoes. None were too severe.

Time for a snack and then to bed.

Murph is a straight up ball buster. When we hit Murph, I did not partition into even sets and just tried to bounce back and forth when I got tired on one exercise. I did Murph only a month+ into CrossFit. I hit a full Murph and it took me over an hour and a half. Murph is brutal! Good job!
