Rest Day

Today is rest day at CF. I am reading the WODs at Crossfit Endurance and I like them. I want to start doing these soon. I was already doing some of the swim stuff - thanks to Katie. I also plan to include the cycling and running (running after I rehab a bit more). I am running 100m at a time now - every day. Sort of a grease-the-groove approach. I will up this by 50m every week, when I feel like I can or until the pain comes back.

Do it! I'm doing it now, and they are great. I'm excited to see what it will do for my upcoming races this year. Since I came to it late, I am setting up my training calendar going back to the beginning of their posts, so I already have my training calendars planned out for the rest of May and all of June. It is a great site, and I hope to see your successes with CFE posted soon.

Mr. Mirek, I am merely acquiescing to Brad's request... ;)

She said "acquiescing!"

I did indeed say acquiescing, Brad. I did indeed. ;) Now what?

My wife is an English Prof. and she pays me for words like that!

My wife just read that and said for me to let you know that I don't have a lot of money from this deal.

She's mean!
