I beat my last time by 6 minutes! Used 115# for cleans and chairs for dips.

WOOHOO to improvement. On another note: I've gained 3 pounds (for a net total loss of 12) and lost another inch! I am happy to stay around 230.

If you've lost an inch, that 3 lbs may very well be muscle! Keep workin' it! :)
