95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups

The thing that costs me time on this is the pullups. I thought my thrusters were at least respectable - with the 45# bar.

Oh - I'm proud to say that I have a scrape on my shin from the deadlifts yesterday! I didn't notice it until I showered. I'm so freakin' tough! GRRRR!!!

Oh man, my shins and the tops of my knees got beat up with all those deadlifts.

Katie - I took a short trip to visit my wife's grandmother on Mother's Day. After Elizabeth and Diane I really needed a short break - Elizabeth always wipes me out.
