WOD

Buttercups:
For time:
20 Sit-ups
20 Single unders
20 Sit-ups
Walking Lunge, 20 steps
20 Sit-ups
20 Squat thrusts
20 Sit-ups

Time - 13:42

Used burpees instead of squat thrusters. Did 30 walking lunges (because, as a Math instructor, 15 + 15 = 20!!) The burpees (I can't believe I am about to type this) were NOT SO BAD!

My time was not very good. I was working through a little stomach bug.

I still haven't given burpees a shot but I really want too. Watching other people do them scares the bageezas out of me. Hopefully they will be in a WOD soon so I can give them a shot. Thanks for the good wishes about my eventful weekend and good job on the work out seeing as you weren't feeling well!!

P.S I think I may have deleted a comment above, sorry about that I'm slightly computor illiterate lol
