Sick

Well, dang! I wanted to do the CFT yesterday with my client. He broke two big PRs and upped his CFT from 685 to 740. But, alas, I was feelin' kinda puny. I was happy celebrate his gains!

My eldest child is also sick! I might feel up to it today - we'll see...

Damn this Crossfit and the easier than they look workouts. 65 pound thrusters seem so easy, especially after 135 pound thrusters.

Okay - so it's a cold. I might just wait until after the next rest day and jump back in. I really want to do a CFT so I might sub it in...
That sucks. I've got some vacation time coming up around July 4 and that's going to be my rest week. Forced rest weeks are never fun.

Last time I had a cold I put like 3 sweat shirts on and a hoodie and two pair of sweatpants and hit the heavy bag until I couldn't stand it any longer. It felt good and helped me sleep that night but then again, it may have made the cold last longer. I'm not a biologist.
