205 - 205 - 210 - 225 - 225

This was tough. I was already feeling rough after a long day. I think I can go higher.

You're right. I actually had this sort of thought before I began. I take the random part of the crossfit paradigm (25 cents please) to include different times of the day, different amounts of sleep, different levels of being sick (within reason), different attitudes...

I want to comment on your leap of faith post - I'm editing it all in my head first.
