Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

80 - 90 - 90 - 95 - 105 - 115(PR) - 120f

These were all from the ground - except the last one, which was an attempt at a hang power snatch. If there's one thing I need to work on for these (and there's more than one) it's flexibility!

Your overhead squat PR is 65 pounds but you're snatching 115? How exactly does that work? I would imagine it would be the other way around but I guess it depends where your strengths and weaknesses are.

No, you're right splint.

I was really holding back on that OHS. I have a lot of leveling out to do in terms of the numbers. I think my snatch wasn't as deep as it should have been (not a "legal" squat depth.) In fact, I feel very comfortable doing a split snatch.

My low squat numbers are more an indication of lack of flexibility than strength. I also tend to be good at things that require quick reflexes (hence my love for the oly-lifting.)
