Score - 138.1

Did this as rx'd. Worked it with my client. He kicked my @$$! It is really a lot of fun working out with someone. Definitely ups my intensity.

That was last night.

I was up a 5AM Central(US) Time Zone - drinking coffee and finding the residual strength to type...
I did this workout at 7:30 A.M. and I'll be sweating until noon.
wait, 138.1? What's the .1 for? Oh, maybe calories.

I was wondering how you measure tenths of reps. :)

Yep - and my rower sucks. I get the same calories no matter what the pull is. I could just put my hand on the seat and quickly move the seat across the sensor and rack up 100 calories. I think that I am probably pulling 15-20 calories per minute, but my rower reads 6.5 or 5.9. I must get a C2.
