3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups

Here's what I really did
Run 800m
21 KB swing (25#)
95# Thruster X 5 + 16 45# thruster
15 pull-ups

Then 2 rounds of
Run 400m
21 KB (25#)
21 Thruster (45#)
15 pull-ups

Time - Eh - somewhere around 35 minutes...

Let's say this - it was a workout. I was very pleased with my pull-ups. I did fewer assists and more back-to-back than I have since before my elbow issues.

This work out was TOUGH!! I bummed out after the second set. Great Job!!
this was a tough workout, I was light headed during the third round. Had to dig deep to find the energy to finish.
