Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Total Time - 12:50

I did this in the pool (and on the deck) as 100m swim, 20 back extensions and 25 situps. I did the situps without any mat or towel under me. I have a raw patch at the top of my rump - ouch! I guess I worked my ass off on this one!!!!

I still am amazed at the difference in the way I feel since I started the diet. Immediately after the workout, I was tired but not gassed. 10 minutes later I felt refreshed.

i HATE that "working your butt off" feeling...sit-ups always get me...then i walk around like i have a crotch problem for the next day or two. TMI! sorry!

Brad, don't mind Mr. Mirek. He's delirious after his workout today. ;) I'm glad to see you're still getting in the pool. I'm still a big fan of swimmers! Oh... did it again... Anyhoo. I'm glad to hear the diet is going well. Stick with it and you'll be amazed. I'm still amazed (2 months later) at how I feel.
