This is somewhere between puppy and pack scale from BrandX

35 pushups
65# SDLHP, 25 reps
25 dips
20 pullups
10 handstand pudhups

Total time - 10:25

I did the dips as usual - between two chairs, feet on the floor. No weight on the pullups - they were, for the most part, band-assisted. The HSPU were with feet on 5th step.
