I rigged a GHD using my squat rack and an oly bar. Worked like a charm on the situps. The extensions were not as good. After the first round I switched to supermans. I went inside to get pillows to ease the discomfort on the ankles and hips - so I lost time. The first KTE were from the top support of the deck stairs and were legit. I did the remaining 4 rounds from the swingset so I could cheat. Tough but fun.

IMHO, KTE are in the same class with burpees. Yuck.

Oddly enough, I find them not to be so terrible. I mean, I ended up cheating and all, but one rep doesn't kill me - like with burpees.
K2E's are weird once your muscles fatigue. It's an odd feeling when all those core muscle are shot and you can't even lift your knees.
