45 - 45 - 45 - 55 - 75 - 75 - 80 - 95 - 95 - 100

PR 100 - first attempt at this move. I love it. If I could go back to my childhood days, I would be an olympic lifter - I FREAKIN LOVE IT!!! It is like hitting a quick middle set in volleyball - explosive. BAM!

Ok I'll stop.

I often have those same thoughts Brad. "If only I knew about this stuff when I was younger..." But now that we have discovered it, it's time to ratchet it up and do our best. Congratulations! I skipped this one, but I am sure it will come up again.
