This was difficult. I tried to cut down my blocks - just to see how I felt. I have lost 25+ pounds on 23 blocks per day. I stopped at 222# and so I dropped to 21 blocks for 2 weeks with no change. I have stayed at around 222# for about a month. So I thought I'd give it a whirl at 19 blocks. No way. I bonked on this workout. I think I'll go back up to 23 and measure my waist and not my weight.

I just don't want to lose muscle. It'd be nice to have one of those bodyfat immersion thingys in the back yard so I could check periodically.

I'm not at all convinced by it. Either that or my methodology is all nuts.

I can't grab any flesh at all on my thigh or my arm. Hey I've got plenty to spare on my belly but hopefully not for long.

Never tried the immersion thing, but I have one of those scales that claim to measure BF. I don't really trust it though. I've been at 20.something since I bought the damn thing five years ago. Visually I'm a bit like Steve, maybe a bit more on the arms :)

Hey, you PR'ed twice, that's gotta count for something!
