20 Glute-ham sit-ups (Limit ROM unless you are accustom to this movement)
15 Back extensions

Total time - 9:37

Used a towel, a la Abmat, for the first 2 rounds. Finished with legs extended, regular situps. Back extensions were supermans. I had to break up the last round.

Ate in the Zone today.
