Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Time 31:51

Only scaled the weight. I used the empty 45# bar. I am wasted. The runs are improving. I did all 5 at around 2 mins per. My time before all of the foot issue was 1:30 or so per 400m. I'll get it back. I had to break all sets of OHS except the last one (hehehe). I also ran my fastest 400m on the last round! I'm getting the idea here...

2 weeks to final exams!

Hooray for your runs! Go vibram 5!! I just recommended them to my friend with mucho plantar fascitis (however u spell it). Hopefully they work for her...and I'm eying them up because I'm a tecchie junkie when it comes to everything running related...

Definitely worth the bucks.

I have the classics simply because the thought of that strap going across my super high instep makes my skin crawl.
great job. I had to scale the workout for this myself. I was going to by a set of Vibrams but my feet are very different sizes, like 3/4" of an inch and there's a warning on the Vibram site that they may not fit well if your feet are very different in size. So I got scared off and now I'm self conscious about my hideously deformed feet. Thanks Vibram!

After watching you systematically kick my arse with your super-human progress I am happy to find you have a flaw, a weak spot, splint AAAAHHHHAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!

My feet are actually not the same size either - probably about the same difference...

Go try on a pair if you find a dealer nearby.
