Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
10 Box jump, 24 inch box
10 Wall ball shots, 14-20 pound ball

Total time - 20:07

As promised, I did this on the same day as the presses. I was ready to sleep when I started! But I pushed on. I intended to puppy this, but the box jumps (to the 3rd stair) helped me change my mind. I subbed 45# barbell thrusters for the wall ball.

I am noticing a physical improvement. My endurance has increased. The runs are getting easy. I look down on the treadmill and realize I've done the 400m and think - wow that was easy... I need to test this on the stationary bike to check against previous times. I also need to take the runs to the road/track.

Deadlifts today - woohoo!

I'm looking forward to deadlifts tomorrow. My PR has gone up from 225 to 320 since I started working on them. I'd like to get another PR tomorrow.

Wow, that gives me hope. I have a PR of 225. I'm not counting on getting past it today. The twinge from before seems like it's still slightly irritated. I'll see how it goes.

I truly love the oly and power lifts. Maybe one day I'll compete in the senior olympics!
