End of Rest Week

Well, I did some Tabata work on Saturday. I only did 4s instead of 8s. The moves were - row, pushup, abmat (towel) situps, push press (100#), KB swings (20#). So, it wasn't too tough. The push presses were the real challenge.

I did an easy 10 mins on the stationary bike on Sunday followed by some stretching and foam roller work.

I'll do an easy (yes EASY) swim this morning and try the WOD this afternoon.

I've lost 15 pounds.

Yay for you for losing 15 lbs! Weight loss is hard. Keep up all the good work. I'm disappointed in your easy swim.... ;) (Not really) :)

I'll have time to put some more work in the pool soon. Final exams start this week. The new outdoor public pool will be open in a week or two for morning laps. I hate swimming inside (compared to out). I have a mid-morning to late afternoon summer class load, so I'll hit the pool more often. I want to do that pyramidX2 next.
