Felt great! I stayed below my max due to the slight twinge I had on the CFT. I noticed that, at heavier weights, I want to lose my lumbar curve and "roll" my back down. So, I focused on sending my butt back. Like I said, felt great!

I love lifting heavy! I want more!!!!
