My version.
3 rounds for time
16 squats
10 bench dips
12 pullups or assisted/jumping

Total time - 8:35

I have to practice one-legged squats. I focused on the pullups on this one. I did a few real and a few band assisted and a few jumping. I need to work back up to where I used to be on these.

Did a light swim with some sprints after.

Only a light swim huh? So I suppose that means that you weren't doing any pyramid sets? ;)

I started to call it a pyramid.

"25m in one minute, rest a minute, resting breaststroke, rest, 25m sprint, rest 3 minutes... or something like that until it's time to hit the showers and go teach beginning algebra."

I'll do that one you gave me again. Just you wait and see.
