WOD

Run 5k.

Total time - 24:22

I subbed a 1000m swim. Should have been a little quicker, but this guy was doing rehab and felt it was ok to walk back and forth across MY LANE (which wasn't roped off)!!!! So I had a couple of bobbles. I "accidentally" splashed a couple of times. GRRRRRR!!!!

I did this on 4/30 - in the AM. I'll do the WOD for 4/30 in the PM.

Thanks man!

I was really trying to keep my stroke count to below twenty - I was successful about 99% of the time. This is a decent stroke count, but I could go lower. When I stretch out I'm at least 9ft from fingertips to toes. At one time I was at around 16 per.

Next milestone is break 20mins!

Hmmmm... swimming again are we..? ;) Apparently my workout couldn't have been so bad that you never went back... :) Kim told me I'm supposed to be nice... so I'll try....
